Regardless of what you think of him as a coach, he was always a good guy. He has battled through cancer and has managed to beat it and stay vertical so far. 

Through the Covid mess he stayed as the coach while on his chemo. Hope he has a full recovery and has many more years left. Good job coach

not so ample, he has lost some decent weight due to cancer. As always, I hope RR wins.

It's great he pulled through his chemo. All while coaching an NFL? That's impressive.

Still don't like him as a coach and I hate we have to play him before we get an offseason away from Hurney. I dislike his team even more.

No problem with losing this game, that check was cashed when we kept Hurney after firing Ron. I hope he hires Hurney and we get to play him with a better roster.

Ron’s a good person but his coaching left much to be desired.  If we tie does it hurt our draft pick?

I think Ron is a good man, but it was time for him and the Panthers to part ways.

I hope he does us a solid this weekend and gets us one step closer to a top 5 pick. I'll say some unkind things about him if his team loses to us.

Yes they are.  They both did  a lot of work in the community while they were here. Don't let the football side of things take away from that folks.  Of course I wish he had been more successful as a head coach.  No doubt he is an outstanding human being.

Hope he has beaten cancer.

Ron was usually money when it came to beating weak teams in the last few weeks of the season.

This week, I'm counting on that to still be true.
