Locking down the LT position for the next decade would be a huge boon. The QBs are not wowing me so to lock up a guy who can be our Jordan Gross long term is irresistible. The Washington game will be scary as hell, and who knows what the Saints will do in their final game against our poop team.

Getting Sewell and trading up for Lance would be pretty much my dream draft. I feel much less put off by it now that Marty's not GM anymore with his habit of trading future firsts.

This is pretty much where I am. Sewell is like the closest thing to a guaranteed all pro at LT. He is a monster in the pass and run game. We need a QB badly. But if we draft Sewell and plan to wait til next year to draft a qb including trying to move up to secure one we want (it’ll suck in the short term) then I can’t be mad. It’s a smart long term move. It’ll suck to pass on a talent like Lance or even Wilson but I’d understand it.

I don’t see us trading back up in the first to grab one of them. I think those two guys are gonna go fast if we pass.

I like Sewell but you can't put the cart before the horse. And the quarterback is the horse on every football team. Just saying
