Maybe specific to Ohio State (though I remember Troy Smith) but the profile of a middling quarterback being elevated by a superior team is quite valid.

Lance screams high bust potential as well. Like Jordan Love but he’s not as fast and his arm isn’t as strong. Played less competition and in their championship game they had him run it 30 times and throw less than 10. In his only game this year he was awful.
