I'm munching on pre-cooked bacon as we speak.

I try to eat shark weekly for that very reason.

They had a Monterrey chef come by a few months ago and they've added a few more things to the menu. I usually stick with the Pollo Loredo, shrimp tacos, or the tradicional enchiladas.

I'm like you, but the fiance loves it.

Their Guacomole owns my face. I'm a big fan of the shrimp tacos as well (Tacos Marco Polo I think). They did recently flesh out their lunch special menu with a bunch of new things that I've liked thus far. A bit more of the seafood items seems to be the slant, which I'm definitely in favor of.

Wife and I used to go there all the time. She loved it, I thought it was meh. Not just mexican stuff there but also spanish dishes.

Never been there, but did like the Soul tapas place on Pecan/Central.

La Poblanita, in Plaza Fiesta market near Carowinds. The real deal. They also have Peruvian, Ecuadorian, and Columbian restaurants.

Dang, now I am missing my time in Miami. I love the latin food. I would kill for some good Ropa Vieja. Croquetas, Empanadas......Cuban food.... FTW deeeeelish.
