Sounds Like Matt Rhule is Frustrated with Teddy

The guy goes 30/40 283 yards, 0 INT, 31 yds rushing, 1 TD. That guy might not be your problem. Misses a 4th and 17 pass at end of game.

Unknown dude takes first punt back 83 yards for a TD. PAT missed. Panthers lose by 5.

There might be your problem.

Signed,

Still bitter about losing Cam

Teddy has gotten the ball for a final drive trailing by less than a touchdown in seven games this year. The Panthers have won zero.

If we're planning to target a QB, I fully expect us to act like Teddy is our guy. Even though no one should believe it.

Delhomme-plus... LOL! Teddy is the antithesis of Jake. The bigger the moment the better Jake was. The bigger the moment, the shorter the checkdown Teddy throws.

TB does not have the competitive drive or clutch factor that Delhomme had. That is an awful comparison. TB is more like Rodney Peete or Chad Pennington.

Yea what an awful take by Darin Gantt. Delhomme had a level of moxie that Bridgewater could only dream of having. Dude was clutch. Plus he had a decent deep ball. I know Smith made him look way better than he actually was, but saying Bridgewater could be “Delhomme plus” after what we’ve seen this season is just indefensible at this point. Bridgewater is not even a decent QB. He’s a top notch backup making way too much money and playing way too many games.

If he's just talking skill level, I could probably see it.

Style? Definitely not. Delhomme was more balls than brains sometimes. I don't think anybody's going to accuse Bridgewater of being that.

Good ol' Jake. I'd replace this dude with Jake in a hot second. Much better QB, and yes, moxy had a lot to do with it. Nothing about Jake was elite but he had championship sized balls +Smitty.

Smitty also loved Jake and I think Smitty would prob beat the fug out of TB in the locker room.  Takes a special qb to command Smitty's respect.

Gantt of all people should know better than making a comparison to a QB that was never afraid to throw deep shots (sometimes to our detriment) and best known for coming through in the very moments Teddy hasn't all season.
