I'm not sure that's true I remember Pickles not throwing a TD to a WR all season.. tb is approaching a similar level of ineptitude though.

Rhule knows his job is secure. Normally I would scoff at the idea of a coach not trying to win 100%, but I would listen to an argument in this case. He knows he needs a QB and is more likely to get him in the top 7 than ~15
