He's terrible, but at least he's trying. Teddy is 4-8 and he's still playing scared. Lock got pummeled and at least he's trying to get the ball downfield.

It is the rule, but I promise you, I see it every week and it isn't called.  You could argue he stood over him for too long and thats what got it flagged, but problem is, Hochuli threw that flag as soon as he stood up.
