Knew what that flag was going to be as soon as it was thrown

The game has changed out of sight since I first started watching it.

Just put red jerseys on the QBs and be done with the pretense that they're football players.

Hopefully for development purposes. Hardy in 2013 dropped into coverage a ton and it was a crucial aspect of that elite D that year. Can really help confuse the OL if DL are able to do that and DC is able to utilize blitzers well in those situations.

Well, yeah, I know why you would do it in general...  but, not when almost no one else can generate pressure without the help of extra blitzers.

I mean we've just been told Denver are without their Top 3 CBs.

Bridgewater is damned if he does throw the ball up in 50/50s to our WRs and damned if he doesn't.

If he had actually made a decent throw instead of inside right to the defender it would have been fine. It’s inaccurate throws like that that are the problem

Can someone explain to me why I've seen Burns dropping in coverage almost twice as much as I've seen him rushing the passer today?

Did you watch Burns' combine? Dude had sick interceptions in the drills and looked like one of the best cover LBs in the drills. He was so fluid and moved so well. He gives us an advantage because he can do that well. I remember predicting after the draft that he was scoring a TD his rookie year. I was thinking interception, but he at least bailed me out with a TD.
