Do you give a sh*t about the rest of the season?

I offer this advice honestly and without snark.

Find something else to be emotionally invested in on Sundays.

Its a game that you have ZERO impact or influence in its outcome regardless of how many superstitions you keep up.

Its clear that its causing you stress.  Let it go.

When I got banned here on the huddle I did exactly this. Imagine a guy that has watched, listen to or attended 25 seasons of Panthers games not watching a whole season until today's game.

I knew TB wasn't  a real franchise QB. Anybody saying Cam wouldn't be doing better with these WRs are themselves delusional.

I was hoping Marty could jump up and get Herbert, didn't happen and we're both sad about that I'm sure.

If you can't trade for a Daniel Jones or Trubisky, yeah go ahead and spend that #6 on one of the best of the 2021 class but I hear the best may not last past #5 this year, exactly like this year when we missed out.

Tanking is bad for your team but if you don't find new QB the fans will revolt. The line has been crossed.

Teddy saying the missed TD to Moore wasn’t his fault and Rhule saying that Teddy played good enough to win, Teddy’s offense only scored 13 points, yeah I am close to done and maybe next year as well.
Took less than a season and I just don’t like this team. I can’t stand Bridgewater(Watching him play is torture) and the coaching staff thinking Teddy is something he isn’t makes me not like them either.
So I plan to finish, if I can, this season and see how the offseason goes but at this point if Suckwater is still the starting QB and the replacement isn’t behind him I may skip next season. First time in over 20 years of watching and I boardeline hate this team. It is not fun to watch anymore and I don’t care about anyone on the team.

3 winning seasons in 14 years. Have we seen enough yet?

It’s actually 4 winning seasons since 2006 (2008, 2013, 2015, 2017). But yes, the Panthers only have 7 winning seasons in 26 years. I actually did some digging and that is one of the worst percentages of winning seasons of all NFL teams. They’ve only had winning seasons in ~27% of their seasons. The Jags have 7 winning seasons in the same amount of seasons so they’re equally as miserable as the Panthers but at least they have consecutive winning seasons. All other teams including the Browns, Lions, and even the Cardinals have a higher % of winning to losing seasons. We are tied with the Jaguars for the worst franchise in the NFL, as far as winning to losing season % goes.

Why torture yourself looking over that.

Here is my thing.

We went into this season ready for another 2010 type season. That season was MISERABLE and we went into all 16 games with no chance of winning and being on the ends of ass beatings...and we were.

This season we have gone into games with hope that we can actually win and some games we won some we have lost. It's all about learning which we knew going into the season.

We are closer to a 2002 Panthers season than that of the 2010 Panthers. It's been fun watching players develop this season as opposed to the Jets or Jags (who many thought we would be) who are looking at their players to shop this offseason.

Cheers to a better year next year but stop being over dramatic thinking it's the end of times with this team.

Was referring to Hurney 3 winning season in 14 years as GM.

the fact that people are upset about the season shows how they’ve already over achieved. at the beginning of the season we were talking about worst team of all time and 0-2 wins. now people are nitpicking and pissed that we won’t make the playoffs. it’s great to watch the team continue to improve and show flashes of what they will be when we get a few more quality pieces

Here we are, another meaningless end to a Panthers season. Make it 3 bullshit seasons in a row, and 8 out of the last 11 seasons ending in a losing record (yea I know they’ve only lost 8 games as of now but we all know this team has more losses in them)

Anyone still care at all? Today broke me. I really can’t keep hoping this team wins. I hope they lose the rest of their games in blowouts like they did at the end of 2019 to get a high draft pick to get a new QB. I hope they fire Teddy Bridgewater into the sun and let Will Grier throw passes to nobody so we definitely lose the rest of our games.

You just summed up my exact thoughts! My mom looks at the score and time remaining and every week says the Panthers are going to win. Every week I have to look at her and say, mom, that's not real time and trust me, we will lose. Hey it's not Teddy's fault though! Everyone misses the broad side of a barn a couple times a game!
