It actually looks to be $3.5mil for Biz..

we have around $4.1mil in cap space an 1 roster spot available but will probably hang onto that throughout the season.. could be valuable..

Now I see why 75% of TPEs are not used.  OKC will never use those.  Also, I think Boston is hard capped and will have about $20 million TPE unless they lose some salary.
