Incorrect! The 1st defensive TD was a strip of the stacked up RB. The 2nd was a muffed return recovery. Neither had anything to do with Phil Snow's soft defensive coverage.

Correction - the 1st defensive TD was a forced fumble from a hit on Cousins by Kerr. The strip sack on Cook was the 2nd defensive TD. You are right about the soft defensive coverage - it sucks period!!!

Both were hella impressive plays by Chinn. Should be DPOW.

You will be surprise. If your defense plays like it played today and your OC gives your RB the ball... you guys are scary.

The Vikings are just that bad, or at least can be. Carolina is not a playoff team, not the least of which has to do with the Teddy-led offenses inability to be effective when it matters most.

Was a good playcall. DJ was wide open. Teddy blew it, both the play and DJ’s acl, knee or whatever it was.

It's unfortunate DJ got hurt. Had he not, this entire disgrace of a forum would be saying different things tonight. Run the ball, let the clock run, kick a FG, STOP MINN ON DEFENSE ... win. Instead we threw it with a less than stellar QB, stopped the clock, kicked the FG, and the D couldn't stop anything ... loss. Interesting though, Teddy got us into position to win at the end and Slye blew it.

You mean the two lucky plays by Chinn and Chinn alone?

the defense puts two touchdowns on the board and it’s just “lucky plays by one player” (ignoring everyone else’s involvement in the plays) but captain checkdown is the one who “got us into position to win” lmao

Yes, the final drive is where you are in "position to win". Why is that hard to understand? Teddy got the ball to where it needed to be.

if teddy “got the ball where it needed to be” he wouldn’t have turned it over in the red zone and he wouldn’t have missed a wide open receiver in the end zone so badly that he managed to potentially end the guy’s season lol. he is literally the reason, above all others, that the team lost to a vikings team that looked awful.

Dude. It's like arguing with a wall. He got it to where it needed to be on the final drive. Period.
