I took a look back over his feed.

On October 9th, he mentioned that it was his last day at PFT and thanked Florio for his time there.

On November 3rd, he referred to himself as an "unemployed sports writer".

His first story for the site appears on November 20th. That same day, he tweeted about this not being the first time the Panthers have "dragged an old guy out of retirement".

So yeah, looks like he now works for the team, which I guess would mean that he now works for Bill Voth (maybe?)

Agree 100%....when he came on I always tuned away to another station. 

Seen the news on WFNZ changing hands?  New owner.

I no longer live in Charlotte, so I did not know that. Hopefully, they put out some quality programming. They need more guys like Celania. He was the man.

The opposite is more likely.

Of the 8-to-10 or so prime-time guys between WFNZ and WBT it will be interesting to see who retains their job... (if any)

Wfnz's problem is that they change things way too often. I understand periodic change but it is weird how much they alter the lineup. 

Did the annoying twerp on the show with Nick Wilson leave? Though that would be a positive change.

Parcells did leave...and you are correct, that SOB was annoying, incredibly so. 

Crazy part is I find Wilson more annoying.  That said, he too has been MIA for about a week (supposedly at home "spending time with the fam") so I wonder if he is toast too.

After Parcells left they replaced him (temporarily?) with Stan Norfleet who is, amazingly, worse than Wilson & Parcells both! 

I won't be surprised if Norfleet is retained permanently, he dove-tails perfectly with what the new ownership is all about...

The new owners also now own WBT-AM which is probably the longest standing AM station in the market....will be interesting to see if the station survives beyond the short-term.

I don't mind Wilson at all really. Parcells was the most sniveling price I've ever heard speak.
