Is this defense really the worst on 3rd down in the history of the NFL?

Just heard the announcers say this during the game. Any stats to back this up? We knew they were really awful and barf all over themselves on third down usually but, worst in NFL history? Why is Phil Snow still employed???

According to this we are the worst this year but only a little bit worse than Tennessee. Not sure about historical. 
 

To add why is Phil Snow still employed it’s because there isn’t much in the way of consistent talent on our defense. We were historically bad last year and we lost Luke and Bradberry. Anybody expecting a top 15 defense or something of the sort would have been expecting far too much.

Announcers just said this is a well coached defense.

This mans really asking why Snow is still employed when his personnels' strongest building blocks are all under 23 and LITERALLY just put up a shutout. Though I was going to get on the board to get hype with everyone just to see this.
