I'm not saying that because of PJ or the Lions.  I'm saying that because Teddy went 3-7 as the starting QB, and many of those games he had a chance to win and lost bc of a bad decision.  We're paying 24M to a top tier backup, not a franchise QB.  That's bad business, and I've been saying that.

PJ, Grier, or any other QB could be 3-7 or better in this offense were they given the opportunity.

Doubtful. The Bucs put up 46 points not due to TB. No qb can match that. TB has an oline that plays 30 minutes a game...the defense loses games when we put up 30. TB simply is not afforded to be able to make one mistake for these reasons.

I’m not saying TB is the answer, I’m saying no one on the roster is. But TB is better than PJ, I can guarantee that.

PJ shouldn’t of thrown that but I put that pick on Joe Brady.  He stacked four WRs on one side of the field at the goal line.  Too many bodies crammed together to be calling that and throwing into all that

Did you see Robby Anderson wide open at the goal line on the replay?

That was an easy layup. Walker was even looking in the right direction.

I edited my post after you quoted. I still think PJ’s throw to Moore showed us what we need instead of Teddy. I know we have no shot but imagine a QB like Lawrence having Moore, Samuel and Anderson along with CMC as a safety valve. We wouldn’t be the 22nd ranked scoring offense. I mean PJ’s first drive was our longest drive of the year.

Exactly.  Bad throw there at the goalline notwithstanding (still say it was a bad play call as well), PJ is showing what this offense could really be with an efficient deep ball and mobility.
