With how safe he plays those are expected numbers. He’s not outperforming his contract. The team has no way been in talks with him or his reps about an extension or second contract when he’s like 9 games into his first stint here and already hurt. Stop.

Those are effective numbers, and I'll stop when you stop.

Hysterical. Ooh, 71%. How about being the 22nd ranked scoring offense with solid WRs? 3-7 with the 22nd ranked scoring offense = second contract? :crying:

Sure there are. 98 rating, 71 comp% in his first year in the system. And then there's the fact that Teddy has gotten better every year he's been in the league.

No he hasn't. Teddy is the exact same decent-floor, lower-ceiling player he was when he came into the league.

Remember the part about getting better every year?

You think he’ll be at 80% next year? He’s 29, he’s not a rookie. I mean PJ is clearly not the answer but he showed in one pass what we need to be a top 10 offense. Teddy’s done all he could and we are a bottom tier scoring offense.

You look silly when saying signs are there he’s getting a second contract when he is half way through the first year of this first contract. I’d put money on nobody reaching out to him yet about an extension or new contract. It would be stupid business. He couldn’t even make it through one yeah without getting hurt.

You like the XFL guy? Maybe his next home will be your next home.

Stop being so obtuse. Did you not see his dime to Moore? That’s a throw that Teddy cannot make. He won’t make it in year 4 when he’s 33 either.

Being a fan doesn’t mean you have to blindly believe in every player as if Teddy’s the best QB in the league. I need to stop posting, I feel the dumb creeping up on me.

Dude. The most obvious area of improvement are the ones that you listed yourself.

You realize that you've just chanted a mantra that required no independent observation.

I don't know what that is even supposed to mean but it's a clear observation to make by watching Teddy over the years.

You haven't watched him over the years. If you had you wouldn't have regurgitated the dribble about ceilings and floors.

Yes, I have (not week in and week out but an overall personal interest) and yes, the observation stands.
