ruptured plantar fascia last night

not a career ender per se, but definitely something that's going to take a while to come back from, it's another foot injury, it's the kind of thing that's easily REinjured, and he has tons of offers waiting for him. Gotta think he voicemails from Fox studios on his phone this morning.

So what do we do?

Sign him for a 1 day contract to retire a panther if he wants?

Honor him before a game/at halftime?

Statue?

Ring?

really gonna miss his 3rd leg

I saw the play last night when it happened.  Not contact related, so I assumed it was bad.  I thought it was a ruptured Achilles' at the time.  I've seen a few plays in my life when careers ended, and this just looked like one of them.

I hope he winds up in the broadcast booth.  Having somebody who understand the game there always makes it more enjoyable.

Unlike last night, when they were complaining about the Cardinals challenge with about 2-1/2 minutes to go (on a fumble recovery), saying they were going to waste a valuable timeout.  Uh, guys, there are about 2-1/2 minutes to go, down by 4, Seattle in FG range, about to face a third and 17, and it was the Cards first timeout....don't you think they might have wanted to call that timeout, anyway?  This way, they not only stop the clock but give the replay a chance to screw up, in their favor, the call that was correct on the field.

They never did figure that one out, at least that I heard.

Defending what that guy did in any way is trash.

Obviously but no one actually tries to defend what he did, they try to give him credit for legitimately turning his life around and ppl try to score social desserts by saying he deserves the death penalty or other insane poo like that despite him giving back to his community. Thas some cynical, shallow trash too, and it clearly isn't about justice for animals

Bullshit it isn't. Read into it whatever you want. Anyone who did what he did... fug 'em. I don't care if they "turn their life around" afterwards or not. Fug 'em. Fug anyone who defends them.

Sure, and if you actually wanna light the match that kills him in a fire you're kind of a sociopath too, so? You putting a few words in parenthesis doesn't negate real impact bc you think the bad he did is unforgivable, give it a rest. It literally isn't justice. I just don't get this type of posturing for clout. Again, cynical trash, man

Kids and dogs, that's the hill I'll die on. If you mistreat or harm kids or dogs you're absolute human trash. Sorry, not sorry.

Ironic you'd bring up "sociopath". Don't forget, this is what you're defending:

Michael Vick is much more useful using his platform to advocate for not repeating his actions, which is exactly what he's doing, than he is dead, which you claim he deserves but wouldn't do yourself. This is a net positive especially as a role model with actual influence on black kids. So you wishing death on this guy doesn't make practical OR moral sense.

And again, I'm not defending killing dogs,  I'm giving credit for changed behavior (which is exactly the point of prison for criminals, which Vick went to). You're pretending to have poor reading comprehension and intentionally conflating those two totally different things so you can get on a high horse and make yourself look good (kids and dogs lol you got no shame). This kind of thing isn't original. I don't really mind virtue signaling, bc I'm leftist af and you gotta know where ppl stand, but this bullshit is virtue signaling and it doesn't even make sense lol

Do you ever get tired of viewing the world through a purely racial lens? Good grief, man.

Some people really need to do research of what happened, what he said, hid, and did before and during the time of his offense, then pre trial, and then things he has said post conviction. Some people base everything on the media, doing time, saying a few words and publicity stunts all mean it’s worth it. Dig deeper, actually spend of  few hours reading into the documents and comments he’s made.

Sorry, it isn’t hard to see with a little education on the case, that he is genuinely human trash and what’s sad is people are too dumb to dig any deeper than the media and can be so easily persuaded by shallow blanketing but not actually consider reading between the lines to get a bigger picture and think for themselves.

Oh wow, disagreement caused you to do this? Just tired of the racial talk? I didn't even center that to my point. My point was about him being more useful living as an advocate to not fight and kill dogs (what he's doing) than sitting in jail (which he's done). You're not tired of the race talk, you're exasperated bc i didn't back down from you playing the kids and dogs card like it was Yu-Gi-Oh or something

What are you blabbering on about? I don't care if you "back down" or not. Anyone who mistreats or harms kids or dogs is trash to me, period. You can agree or disagree m I don't care.
