Backup QB: Deep Ball Edition

So with Teddy likely sidelined this week with an MCL injury, Grier or Walker will have their shot at glory.

I wanted to piggyback off a couple of topics of recent discussion that are related and pose a question for this Sunday and potentially the future of the franchise.
1) There is a notion that Bridgewater and Moore appear out of sync at times despite his thriving chemistry with Curtis and Robby. A few posters have actually suggested trading Moore due to the lack of chemistry and obvious value the 23 year old WR brings.
2) The assertion that Teddy is hesitant to throw “downfield” and would rather play it safe getting the ball out quicker than necessarily required. This in theory could explain his lack of chemistry with Moore as a few posters have pointed out that Moore is often open on tape with a few opportunities left on the field for would be huge gains or scores.

So the question I pose is, which QB (Grier or Walker) do we feel would have the better chemistry with Moore and/or who has the most apparent ability to connect deep with Moore? I think it could be a very interesting unfolding of events come Sunday if one of them is able to do what TB/Moore have failed to consistently do for a whole game.

Touché...

but one of these guys will likely be at the helm Sunday. Who ya got?

It doesn't matter but if I was forced to make a call I would through Hurney's boy Grier in the fire to see if he has what it takes.  See if there's any Hurney magic in him.

But I still think the end result will be the same.  Lots of laughs to be had by all.
