I've actually watched him play and he is legit. He is much older and plays with a better understanding of the game than the young guys. He can contribute immediately. Would not hate it if Hornets traded down and picked him.

I do not follow the Hornets that closely, but I was reading the comments here--it sure looks like they might trade the pick and move back a few spots, based on the comments.  Just a hunch.

Still prefer Wiseman I think, but coming around on Ball.  He at least has elite skills in some areas, just hope he improves in the others.

A small part of me thinks they'll draft someone absolutely no one is talking about.  Like Haliburton or Killian Hayes.

Edwards at 3 will be super disappointing.  I expect he will follow a similar career trajectory as PJ Hairston.

He has wayyy more natural talent, even if he isn't 100% committed to the game or is an idiot I think he could still become a very solid 2nd or 3rd star on a team. I would stay away from him because of those concerns but if we did take him there would still be plenty of reasons to be very excited. 

 

I'm starting to come around a bit more on Ball. I badly wanted to stay away from him for a while and gradually became more open to it. Now, I'm kinda thinking it would be the best pick. He definitely has legit superstar potential and may be worth taking a shot on to help bring this franchise to relevancy.
