Nah, he just doesn't have the skills that Kobe did nor the drive to be great like Kobe did. If he ends up as a quality starter, I can live with that. It was a weak draft, after all. I don't suspect he will ever be a good shooter at the NBA level.

Signing Hayward makes us a better team immediately. Sadly, better as in about the same level as when we had Kemba(7th to 11th in the East).

At best a great player at worst a Charlotte area legend. That jersey is instantly the #1 seller on the team and if he can do what he did in the Australian pros, he's good to go. Our last tall guard was Sean Livingston, mighta shoulda kept that guy. At worse he's Livingston. And that jersey, so happy they've changed the image with the new/oldish jersey. Fire. Fire I tell you.

Gotta give the guy credit he's outperforming supposedly "better" QBs. When they liken you to Drew Brees (one of my favorite before the Aints), that's elite company and what Drew does, his efficiency his timing, is amazing.

Nobody can question his status as an elite college player. That's not really relevant to his draft position though. There's no shortage of Heisman NFL busts. Hell, it used to pretty much he a kiss of death predicting NFL failure.

I wanted to say Shaun Livingston but I thought that might be a little much. I honestly see him a lot like Livingston. Just a decent to good starter in the NBA, not an All-Star caliber player nor a franchise type player. I think his ceiling is higher than Livingston but I doubt he will ever reach it.

I like the new jerseys. I just hope we get some new results to match.

I think it depends on his drive. Livingston should be his floor. I really think he is going to be a solid player.

Fields with a nice rebound game without three starting offensive lineman and a fourth got injured.

Florida started scoring when we stopped running the ball. Trask is 21-28 for 251 and 2 TDs at halftime. If he gets two more touchdowns he’ll likely stay in the heisman lead.
