CMC to miss multiple weeks

Just trade him. IR him for the year like many want, and trade him. We won't likely be competitive any time soon, and by the time we are he will have 6-7 years of wear and tear on that body. So many ppl here want a repeat of Cam where we have a generational talent we are blessed with, but either can not or will not put the pieces around him to make the most of it.

Might as well trade him and get the most out of it toward a QB. Sad to see a talent like that wasted. He deserves better.

This is a thing that people just DON'T GET . . . and I don't get them.

How many one score games have we lost this year without CMC?  How many of those games might have been very different if he'd been playing and broken a long TD.  That's just a thing CMC does.  How many FG's would have been TD's?  How many times would we have scored because he got us two or three extra yards over other players.

Assuming his career trajectory continues as it seems, CMC will retire from the game and be mentioned in the same sentence with Barry Sanders, Terrell Davis, LaDanian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson, etc.
