He was not good in college. I seriously don’t know how this guy was a first round pick. They went with measurable not performance

That game the giants caused multiple turnovers, and controlled the bucs all the wya through the end. Jones blew multiple late game drives and had 4-5 pick six throw the bucs couldn’t capitalize on. The kid is buns and won’t be a starter for long.

They went with measurables, yes and also the same pedigree as Payton Manning so yeah.

As a prospect coming in he had all the tools and measurables.

Deserves a shot. If he came cheap he'd be a better option with more measurables and upside than any QB on our roster and he's still young and teachable. Rhule loves QBs that can also run, Brady is a "guru" having gotten credit for turning Joe Burrow into a #1 pick.

Panthers could do worse things than giving a young unproven NFL QB with starter experience, measurables and upside a shot to win the job.

He didn't fit in NY, he may be a great fit back home in Charlotte. He's had flashes, he's a talented kid regardless.

Panthers will miss this next crop of QBs completely if they're not in the top 5 because all those guys will likely be gone.

Having fugged our chances up for a QB this next draft by even signing TB, trading for a QB may be their ONLY option this next season to get a starter instead of trying to roll with Brees' ex-backup.

I'd look at Jone's and Darnold but I'd be decisive about upgrading at QB instead of acting like the QB situation is OK past this season, when it's clearly NOT.

For a veteran QB despite what the team says Teddy is underperforming as a known commodity with very little upside.

These two young guys were put into horrible situations and both deserve another shot elsewhere.

The Panthers need to reignite the fan base and a young QB can give the hope that no other position on the field can.

Fun fact, the Panthers blue color was chosen because it was lighter than Duke royal blue, and darker that Carolina sky blue. They wanted a blue between those two colors.
