I will say this though...  once again, it appears the NFL freestyles with its officiating when it comes to us.  So, just because that pass to DJ was incomplete, that negates the personal foul penalty the Bucs incurred?  

Its like that time they called a RTP on Cam but then threw another flag and called a presnap penalty on the offense and said the RTP never happened bc of the presnap penalty lol.

If this unfold just like most of our other games, TB will score on this drive, we'll have to play catch up and end up losing on a potential game winning drive.

It's the coaches job to communicate and be on the same page as their QBs but it sucks that Teddy needs his hand held through clock management. This like the sack that put us out of FG range and lost us a game is on both parties.

They didn't get a personal foul penalty, they were penalized for delay of game for not allowing Moore to get up.
