Im trying to figure out what was he expecting to accomplish with 8 seconds left after all that adjusting and no timeouts? There was only so much you could do there. Completely botched opportunity

Teddy was clearly expecting the clock to restart, so when it didn't, he wasn't sure whether to run another play or spike it. It's not his fault that DJ dropped the ball because it clearly looked like he caught it in real time.

Yea...what happened was Tampa reviewed it then used one of their TOs....the Panthers apparently didn't even review it lol...team is still bottom tier league wide in many(if not most) areas.
