Wow...this is a hard one....but I'm gonna have to go with..... "What is a Quarterback for 1 Million Alex."

This offseason? Without a first round pick to use or trade for? Even if we had a 1st round, it wouldve been a rookie, who wouldve done little if he at all better then delhomme.

Maybe a good choice for the future but not this year.

Who do you recommend we should have gotten?

Flacco when we had a chance, instead or riding Jake's ass. Prepare ahead of time is not really that bad of an idea.

WTF good have great guards/tackles done for us lately? Yeah..they are great to have, and we have some good ones....but just look at how handcuffed we are with Jake now.

I asked this past offseason.

And besides if we got Flacco or some decent rookie without talented guards/tackles, that means weve hurt our running game and hurt our protection. So Flacco/ rookie would have not alot to work with. We'd be hnadcuffed in a different way

The reason Flacco did so well was large in part becuase he has a solid o-line in the protection and running game.

3rd and long is almost guaranteed to be a draw or just straight hand off at this point. We cannot trust Delhomme to make clutch passes especially if they are longer than five yards.

How I wish this were not so...

he made two clutch third and long completion to both moore and smith yesterday... and the draws seem to work out alright... we had a respectable percent of success on third down. I don't think that is to blame for this loss. However, the conservative mentality does hurt us in other ways.

i think you are taking our 3rd ranked running game for granted

You're right we did do better on third downs yesterday compared to past games.

No....I'm not, and thank GOD we have at least that.

I was simply talking about planning ahead (like most other teams do IN the NFL), at getting a ******* decent QB, or at least trying the other ones you have made moves for to get on the damn roster!

Simple..........*******............ logic. Use it.
