because this is the team that we were last year, but I feel is more playoff ready then last season and we wont be in the playoffs...Took to long to start and could wind up 9-7 or 10-6 on the outside looking in. We are EXACTLY like the Miami Dolphins same scenario there...The Phins and us will be the two best teams in the league to not make the playoffs. Makes me sick but its a reality.

blame Fox and Hurney.

When you dont improve in the offseason (no MATTER HOW GREAT YOU WERE) you are only going backwards.

You have to add playmakers. All we have done is watch players get hurt and then have been found wanting...

I thought we would have learned from 2004- I guess NOT....

And it doesnt help when your coach makes you 1 dimensional.....

there's no way we're going 7-1 in the next 8 games with Delhomme as our QB. You can't expect to win many games against formidable opponents by being one demensional.

How were they going to improve? They were strangled to keep two of our best players in Gross and Peppers. With Peppers contract it was near impossible to get any talent that wouldve made a decent impact. We had no 1st round pick because of last year with Fox 'adding talent' with Otah and Stewart

Fox has improved the defence with the addition of Meeks. And adding other players of recent.

The only they you could argue was drafting Brown. But with the Peppers situation up in the air it wasnt that bad of a move.

Well we can go 7-1 if Fox stops running on 3rd and 13 or more.

3rd and long is almost guaranteed to be a draw or just straight hand off at this point. We cannot trust Delhomme to make clutch passes especially if they are longer than five yards.

How I wish this were not so...

What do you believe Fox couldve done or added to this team this offseason, that wouldve made it more talented?

Wow...this is a hard one....but I'm gonna have to go with..... "What is a Quarterback for 1 Million Alex."
