He made a clutch throw on the next to last play of the game which put them in position to make the game winning field goal.

The porterhouse/ribeye/cab kept me from seeing all of the game so can't speak to his overall performance but was surprised to see him just flat fall down twice in the 4th quarter, bizarre.  Despite that they pulled it out in the end (it was the Jets after all).

Cam had the zip on the ball on quite a few throws tonight that I haven’t seen since the Seahawks game(and before that 2017). Not clear if it’s available all the time but it hurts or he has a limited number of them per year or what but if he can do that consistently then he’s the guy but if his shoulder can only take so many of those then it’s a problem

Really didn't want the Pats having any shot at all at Lawrence/Fields, so glad they didn't lose to the Jets. But it's absolutely hilarious that they came that close to losing to the Jets... The Patriots are terrible, Cam is inconsistent and even at his best at this point he's just slightly above average. I hope they enjoy 7-9 purgatory for the next decade+.

Yes.  He had a very good, efficient game.  Didnt attempt a lot of deep passes, but was very accurate in the short, intermediate game, and was clutch on their last drive.  Also scored 2 TDs on the ground.

    • I just switched to prime video with fanduel south. Will I be able to watch the Canes playoff games still?
    • I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
    • Did I miss something?  The people we have developing players now are not the ones we've had in the past so I don't know what the heck people are talking about when they say we are not good at developing players right now.  We only have one year to go on.  Canales likes young players or players who are on an upward trajectory, especially in FA this year.  Past QB's and what he's done with Bryce are good examples. Tershawn Wharton - 26 Tre'von Moehrig - 25 Pat Jones II - 26 Bobby Brown III - 24 Michael Jackson - 28 Jaycee Horn - 25 Tommy Tremble - 24 We missed on Milton Williams but he's 26. Everyone else we picked up are on 1 year deals.  The Panthers new front office and Canales absolutely scream developmental team. Pick 8 (stay) Tier 1 Elite - Abdul Carter, Travis Hunter and Mason Graham Tier 2 Elite - Jalon Walker, Mykel Williams, Will Johnson Trade down: There are quite a few really good players that fit us at Edge, DT, S and WR mid to late 1st and high 2nd.  Some combos that would be possible that I really like.  Imagine getting 2 of these guys by trading down. Stark, Pierce Jr, Golden, Scourton, Grant, Emmanwori, Ezeiruaku, Umanmielen, Deone Walker, Harmon and this is just off the top of my head.
