Is Moore really better than Samuel?

Moore is open multiple times each game and TB either doesn't see him or decides not to throw to him.

Been like that the whole season. Even before Moore had some crucial drops in whatever game it was, Bucs game?

I like the wr group. But we would need a big target, could be solved with a much better TE play but that won't happen.

Will be a interesting off season and see how the wr/te group changes.

One thing I really miss not going to games at the stadium is the different perspective I get watching live vs the limited view we get on TV.  When live I am able to watch the entire field, focus on a particular player etc.... SO that being said, I would like to see is it that Samuel is better OR is Moore open, down field more, etc etc and it's just Teddy not pulling the trigger and choosing the safer short route which more commonly might just be Samuel.  Overall, I like all three .. Anderson, Moore, and Samuel.

Teddy has developed a habit of not even looking for Moore the past two games.

If thats the case you gotta blame Brady. If Moore is your number 1 wr he should be schemed into the game manufactured looks. Screens, reverses, slants whatever where he is the first read.

Brady can call any play he wants. If the QB makes a bad read he makes a bad read. When there are two games back to back where Moore was left uncovered for a play and Teddy misses it... that’s not on a play caller.

Samuel is certainly benefitting from being covered by the third CB as opposed to the 1 or 2.  That said, he's showing much better hands this year than he's shown in previous years.

I think DJ needs a QB who can really press the ball downfield.  Yes, Teddy "can" throw deep, but he can't PUSH the ball deep.  We're missing that 15-20 yard out that DJ thrives on.

Our receivers are, and I can't believe I'm about to say this, our receivers are GOOD.  They get open, they catch, the get YAC.  Teddy is a fine game manager, but he's not a franchise QB.  If we had an outstanding defense, we could go a long way with Teddy.  Wanna prove it to yourself?  Ask yourself, how many points would we score if all you did was swap Bridgewater for Mahomes.

I could only imagine the #s we would put up.  All of our WRs would benefit from that.  We have speed ever where we look.  Robbie, DJ, & Curtis would all have different numbers with someone who could push the ball.   Not saying we'll be the Chiefs but we wouldn't be far behind.

The only playmaker position we are lacking at on offense is TE.

Samuel is a legit great weapon to have and absolutely clutch. Moore is a legit #1 and it’s not his fault Teddy has tunnel vision, slow reads and slow decision making.  When we get a better WB, hopefully next year in the draft, Moore will start putting up even better numbers than now. And now, even with the aforementioned QB problems, he’s still top ten yards probably (#7 going into this game).

Build from the inside out, front to back.  Until we get some OL and a TE, we do not know what we have.

While I don't disagree with our need to improve the line, I think we've learned a lot about our WR's this year.

Robby Anderson is the real deal.  Being on the Jets is never good for your career, but he's shown his ability to catch and run this year.

DJ is DJ.  Yes, he has good RAC, but it's not that "in traffic" type of YAC.  Get DJ isolated 15 - 20 yards downfield, push the ball in, let him break one tackle and take it to the house.  That's his game, we just can't play his game this year.

Curtis has improved his stock DRAMATICALLY this year.  Coming in, most folks thought "he's fast, but he can't really catch or do much else".  Yes, we saw glimpses in prior seasons, but NOTHING like the clutch player we've seen this year.
