We’re basically the Lions and the Chargers. Teams you kind of forget exist until they have a really good season every five years or so.

We are still the coolest team.   Hate depends on preferences.  I despise Browns because they are bland in every sense of the word and would love for them to be relegated to B league if one existed.

This isn't really accurate reporting.  They just combed through 90k tweets mentioning hating a particular team.  Not 90k users, but 90k tweets.  Most of these teams were probably on prime time television at some point this season, increasing the number of tweets about them.
