He only played in 1 and the kicker missed a 21-yard chip-shot to lose the game --- Teddy did his part.

This "best roster in football" pablum your attempting to spoon out is drivel of the highest order, LOL.

If you're unwilling to support both the Panthers, and their franchise QB Mr. Bridgewater, you should opt out now...otherwise you will be miserable for years to come.  It's ok, nobody will judge you if you opt out.

From what I have witnessed Teddy Bridgewater is NOT a franchise QB.  Compare out O-line and offensive weapons TB has to some O-lines and weapons Cam had to deal with you'd have to say Cam showed he was a true Franchise QB. and Bridgewater is an average QB.  In other words Bridgewater is doing less with more.

TB can't stretch the field and his high completion percentage is skewed as he mostly is a dink and dunk low yardage receptions.   9TD to 6 ints doesn't spell franchise at all.

Telling people to opt out because you feel he is our future in childish.   Many of us support this team regardless of our opinion of whether TB is franchise QB or not.  Most of us believe he's not which means we'll, at best, be a mediocre team until we get a true Franchise QB.

Unless you end up with a Mahomes, Brady or Rogers no QB is worth a franchise these days..............they all should be considered trade material without any consistent performance.....

.............assuming a good oline and team behind him ......I'd say TB is maybe a one or two win playoff QB at best.

Keep searching until you get that type of QB................Cam?.................came close but in the end was a Donovan McNabb 2.0...........

I clowned you so bad, you had to quote me a week after I posted. Get pumped, loser. You can’t even spell in your nonsense. He’s got 17 points in this game and our defense has done its part. Surprisingly. Perhaps you and the other pumpers who accept mediocrity should finally pack it up and go home. Seems like we finally have a coach who knows what he’s doing.  Burns you, doesn’t it little guy?

I've seen enough now to know what kind of QB he is. No, he is NOT good enough. He is only good for short/medium throws and only long throws to wide open receivers down the middle IF he decides to throw it. If the long throw is down the sidelines, its not going to be on target. His decision making is very slow and takes too many sacks. His field vision is also bad as he misses wide open receivers multiple times every game. He's decent when things are going well, but he doesn't have a single clutch bone in his body. We definitely should be looking for an upgrade through whatever means as soon as we can.

Yep.  He's good but clearly doesn't have the "it" factor.  I'm just not a fan.  He's just missing the intangibles and clutch gene.

Seems like a great guy and a perfect bridge quarterback.

I'm taking the other side of your trade.

As for the latter, I was simply returning the favor.

Teddy "did his part" in that playoff game...

*narrator voice* He threw for 146 yards and 0 TDs. He averaged 6 yards per attempt. The team scored 9 points.

Dude is a straight lunatic. It sucks we have fans with that little brain capacity.

You at all familiar with the weather conditions in that particular game?  The other team scored 10.

Teddy put them exactly where they needed to be and the kicker missed the equivalent of a PAT, from the old/shorter distance.

    • I mean.....his guy has to be someone willing to come so Geno Smith is out. If you mean RUSSELL Wilson, that is laughable. Fields and ZACH Wilson are just basically the beginning of the end. These aren't likely to be Geno Smith turnarounds. Fields is further proving that he just isn't much more than a gimmick player. Zach Wilson still probably needs a year or two under some better circumstances before I would consider him a candidate for being a turnaround. He is just jumping straight back into the NY Jets fire here.
    • This is factually incorrect. He was a two time Pro Bowler with the Rams and in fact statistically he was better with the Rams in his best season there than he has been with the Lions(could change with this season). Some of his per game stats have creeped into being marginally better with the Lions but there have not been dramatic differences in his play, actually. The biggest reason that McVay and he ended up splitting was McVay didn't think he could win a title with Goff. TBH.....so far he was 100% correct. Stafford almost immediately won them a SB and Goff in a historic run was about 70% of the reason the Lions faltered in the NFC championship game. He missed critical throws all over the first half and throughout the second half that he normally wouldn't. He choked. So, until Goff actually does win a SB...McVay has been right.
    • they have the best defense they've had in a long time...probably the best in the reid/mahommes era.  but i think they are probably the most beatable they've been in a while as well. record doesn't exactly bear that out, but they just don't look as strong on offense as they usually do. lots of reasons for that, like trying to build chemistry with newer receivers, but right now they just aren't as frightening as they typically are. i mean they'll probably win tomorrow, but i don't see them as the strongest team in the AFC right now.
