the seasons over

Yea it's over and it's mostly because the lack of clutch performers on offense...we could have only 1 loss if anyone on O had the clutch gene...no one active does so here we sit. Still like the future prospects it just shows why they drafted all defense fug man image if they didn't lol. Probably gonna have to do that again after we get our QB.

This is the weakness of Tepper's dumb ***** plan to buy time. Whether the season's good or bad, our "5 year plan" mean the next 2-3 are irrelevant. You can't enjoy anything.

Tepper has pissed me off since he’s been here. He stuck with Ron too long, let Hurney stay, paid record breaking money to a college coach, thinks he’s on a 5 year plan in a year to year league, took away seats because he wanted or field to look like a freaking soccer stadium, and allowed the team to field a roster that might sniff mediocrity in the arena league. Remind me why this guy is so great. I see nothing but misery and losses ahead.

This team is having a good rebuilding season considering we thought they may only win 1 game. Atlanta may be 2-6 but a ton more talent on both sides of the ball.

What i am excited about are:

- Development of young players like Chinn, Brown, Burns and a young core of wide receivers

- Coaching. This team competes and never quits despite lack of talent. When we add more talent to the mix we will be a dominant team for years to come

My only wish is to get better at QB and for that we need to keep losing close games

If they let Hurney go as GM after the season it will be as well as making the playoffs to me. Gone will be the bad contracts to guys for just existing and the drafts that push the team back a few years. Get it done and look towards a bright future.
