It's weird that the biggest Cam stans who emotionally melted down over the correct decision to release him are now the biggest outspoken critics of his replacement.

Has a lot to do with how anxiously joyful some folks are to write Teddy off completely.

Same next year when he is starting again. Feel bad for them, kinda.

Doesn't help some of their cases either when they have a history of awful football takes and/or have committed (IN WRITING NO LESS) to trolling the main forum

Nobody is saying that isnt the plan just that he is not talented enough to be a franchise qb.  Stop making it more than it is

The jury is still out on Teddy. He has played well at times. The line hasn’t been great and was terrible yesterday. However, this assessment is still going on. We gain more data every week. There is no doubt we also have some negative data on Teddy. This was his third game tying or winning drive and he pooped the bed. He has also shown a proclivity to be overly cautious in those situations. Another concern is his lack of passing success in the red zone. I’m neither sold on him or ready to sell him. We will continue to see how he grows into the system and see where we are at the end of the year draft wise.

The cam vs teddy debate is dumb, but since you brought it up, Cam actually showed that he could win games in the 4th quarter.

No one here hates teddy. But we want rings. Teddy has shown he isn't good enough to be a franchise qb and lead us to the promised land. Everything has to be perfect or he isn't effective

Cool, lets just get an amazing franchise QB. Easy, peasy. Should take one offseason. Things DEFINITELY can't get worse than Teddy. No chance.
