He and Teddy have a very similar TD:INT ratio.

When Teddy has been forced to gamble in these late game situations I think we've seen why he's not more of a gambler.

When you don't have a great arm it's hard to gamble. Like going all in holding a bad hand of cards.

Jameis and Teddy are the same QB.  There just isn't much between them.  Jameis has played a lot more, yes.  But statistically, they are much closer than people realize.  TD:INT very close.  Yards per attempt very close.  Teddy however is at least a good locker room guy.  I'd rather have him than JW.

But he has limitations.  He's never going to take the team on his shoulders and win games for us.  If the plays are there to be made, he'll make them, but he's not going to create something out of nothing.

The only QB to ever throw for 30 tds and 30 INTs in the same season...

Nothing against Brown.  And I know we will never know the answer but I wonder since Rhule wanted to trade down if he was focusing on that second tier of olineman?   Since he worked with the oline in NY I bet he understands the value of a top shelf line

They are completely different QB's. Teddy is a game manager and Winston is a gunslinger. Apples to oranges.
