Kinda hard to get off the field when a 3.5 yard completion per pass is a first down in three plays. The Saints passing attack is so annoying in the sense that teams keep playing all these soft coverages, you saw the difference in the 2nd half as we started to play up more.

A random #12 was on pace for a Michael Thomas day off sheer volume of receptions at 7-9 yards at the spot of the completion. Then all the screens to Kamara, IMO the last two weeks we missed CMC. I think his presence is enough to help with these one possession losses.

Boston also made plays and was a way better tackler then most of the secondary yesterday...

Let's be a little objective here...

Good cut by Kamara, but still . . .

Didn't even get his head around to look at the ball . . .

He runs up in the pile, gets blocked and the play goes right into the space he left.

5 yards off the deep receiver . . .

Bad angle, missed the tackle . . .

Bad angle, missed the tackle 2 . . .

Oh ffs.

Missed the coverage and the tackle, Chinn with the cleanup . . .

Shaq Thompson with a deeper drop than our safety . . .

I would objectively say that Tre Boston was terrible yesterday.

Boston was like a chicken with his head cut off on a lot of those plays today. He's lucky Tahir Whitehead is on this defense otherwise he'd be in the running for LVP.
