A little of Column A a little of Column B.

Both players are legit talents, but Russ is an elite signal caller. Hell that deep pass into double coverage was a good throw but a better extension by Richardson.

Russ would still look good with a modern version of a Kearse and/or Baldwin but the offense as a whole wouldn't look this good.

Arod still needs his possession targets (Nelson, now Adams), Brady still wants his jump ball guy (Gronk, Harry was supposed to be that, but now Evans...and Gronk), Russ likes his speedy deep guys.
