Not a single ball travelled more than 20 yards in air.

We run a very similar system. Remember that.

On the flip side, how in the hell we sat back and let this happen I’ll never know. Everyone and their dog knew what the Saints were going to do especially with Thomas and Sanders out. Everyone except Phil Snow I guess

Yes, but Carolina is a mid-teir defense at absolute best. The comment is that you won't beat top-tier defenses in this way, as perhaps evidenced last week vs Chicago.

Meanwile Nick Foles and JimmyG keep getting away with checkdowns and the occasional shots.

Maybe its because they both have good defenses Idk.

Anyway op our problem today is our LBs are bad in zone (check how often Shaq waits til the ball is about to be thrown to break) and then the players underneath miss tackles.

And Brees too for that matter, though he's several levels better than them and the offensive scheme is as well.

Look at how far it's taken the Saints in the past decade though.

Yep I can’t remember which 3rd down conversion it was (there was too many) that Kamara was running a crossing route and Shaq sat wait back for absolutely no reason resulting in a 1st down. Brutal
