Tampa blows the damn doors off of GB today. The same Tampa team that looked pretty meh against this Bears defense. 
 

Gee it’s almost like both Tampa and Chicago are legit teams and we were able to hang in there with both of them.

ehhhhh, i mean i get it, but you know that isnt entirely accurate way to measure.

And like I said, it wasn't coincidence that both games are where Teddy struggled most.  

Yes, they are legit teams with extremely talented defenses, as I pointed out in the first post.  But, franchise QBs push their teams over the top to get the win when they're close, not blow the games with misplaced throws and mistakes.  Teddy has been good against average to bad teams and has struggled mightily against the teams who are purportedly good.

But, I unabashedly hate Teddy and want my team to lose apparently lol.

Yeah I won’t argue that but I think Tampa and Chicago are both legit. 

If CMC and Samuel were playing today I think we pull that off. Feels weird but when healthy, seems like we might be able to hang with most teams

no doubt i think if CMC was in there, we would have won. Thats were i do appreciate teddy, i think with those weapons at his hands, he could have won that. 

Edit: also, i agree. Tampa bay and Chicago seem absolutely legit after this weekend.  I know Foles is safe and can ride the defense, but could you imagine if those morons in chicago actually picked up cam?

to me, and i watched the game sober, teddy threw enough really good balls to win that game.   we missed curtis a lot, and i can't believe i'm saying that, and mike davis is slow.  we had runs he just couldn't make - but they were there.    throw in some dumb penalties and a couple bad calls and you know - we're upper tier mediocre which is pretty awesome all things considered

Chicago has a really good pass rush and we are missing our most important outlet in CMC that would’ve helped offset that rush. Then you take out Samuel who has been Teddy’s reliable 3rd down guy as of late and it showed. Teddy didn’t have that today and it resulted in him needing to run himself which obviously isn’t ideal. 
 

Rodgers looked like garbage today against Tampa. Even the best QB’s are going to struggle against really good defenses. Rodgers against the Niners last year in the NFC Championship, same thing. You can’t just poo on the QB when playing defenses like that. The others on offense are being paid too and they’re expected to make plays and I didn’t see many if anyone make plays on offense today
