Teddy is our QB and you guys better get used to it.  It takes a whole team to win a game and we just didn't make the little plays that would've sealed it.  You can pick about any player on the team and say they suck if put under a microscope.  This team isn't going to become world beaters overnight.  It's a learning experience and it's sad that this fanbase is so quick to put down a guy like this.  At least wait until the guy has played a season.

you don't have to do this you know. this is a choice you're making here. as you've done in the past. but the need to justify teddy's spot on the roster and more specifically to justify the team's decision-making is just too strong. teddy is playing within a qb friendly offense surrounded by weapons. he's fine. but he simply isn't good enough.

the problem this year is he is overcompensating for a sub optimal offensive line and that is resulting in him turning the ball over at way too high a rate for the type of player he is. 

Game managers don't rush for 48 yards on 8 carries while getting pummeled all game.

The Panthers came close to winning today without CMC and Samuel. Cannon was at RB for a while for christ sakes, and he is awful.

For some so are threads about his singular excellence when the entire team is rolling against middling competition, coupled with anyone not supporting that take being a 'hater'. Both extremes are nonsense.

No what's happening is the stupid woke crowd going right along with the Chuds who are pretending they liked Cam so much, to poo on Teddy, when in reality they didn't like Cam and they don't like Teddy.

A franchise QB has to be able to step up to the occasion. Despite the injuries went headed into this week as a favorite and at no point today did we really look like the better team. 

TB didn't pass today as a franchise QB nor a game manager. Especially since he put the team behind at the very beginning. 

He's got to be able to overcome himself at some point.

I'm sure never in your life did you say something sucks when maybe it doesn't actually suck, per se.  But, simplistically speaking and in the order of dichotomies, if something isn't good, it sucks.  And yes, today, if Teddy wasn't good, he sucked.  But, again, the body of the initial post never changed and I never mentioned the word you're so stuck on.  I even changed the title so you couldn't just cop out on semantics and debate on actual substance, and you changed it back, put it in all caps, then proceeded to insult me.  But, yeah, you're being objective.

Mike Davis fumbled on an open field tackle.  DJ Moore dropped an easy touchdown.  Joey Slye missed a makeable FG.  Tre Boston dropped an easy interception.  If you want to criticize someone, criticize the whole team.  This thread is garbage.  Bears are a legit team and we just didn't make the plays we needed to make.  We'll get better, it takes time. 

Teddy led by example today.  He took hits all game and just kept going.  That's what you want from your QB.  Sure, he threw a bad pick to end the game. But, that didn't lose us the game.

You don't get to change a thread title after people reacted to it for 5 pages. Next time maybe don't do that.
