It's almost impossible not to have a helmet make contact first in any football play unless you are standing straight up or arm tackle someone.

Doesn’t mean it isn’t a foul. Here is the NFL rule:

The Rule: As approved by NFL clubs in March, it is a foul if a player lowers his head to initiate and make contact with his helmet against an opponent. Contact does not have to be to an opponent's head or neck area – lowering the head and initiating contact to an opponent's torso, hips, and lower body, is also a foul.

Go back watch the play. Watch the lowered helmet by the bears defense. Observe the helmet to helmet contact and understand the rule.

It is was an easy call per standards of the rule and the there wasn’t any controversy between the refs or players. In fact the bears defending immediately got up and pointing to himself as if to say ‘that was on me’.

But you’re still confused for some reason as if this is a debate on any level.

Ironic post considering we are playing Nick Foles

This is just dumb. This has been hashed out on this board before, but you really think the Eagles win the SB if Wentz doesn't play 85% of the season at a MVP rate? Foles had a good month with a great team around him. Can Teddy do that? Obviously. Can Foles sustain that for an entire season? Nope. Can Teddy? We sure haven't seen proof.
