Let's go! Official Bears at Panthers Predictions thread

I think that our run defense will not be great but will make some necessary stops. The pass defense will be good and we should keep them under 20. This will be a real test of the offense against a good defense. I think Bridgewater will do well as our offensive talent is good. But like the last time they beat us with turnovers and defensive scores. We can't let that happen at home. We need to take care of the ball and take what the defense gives us. Things that Bridgewater usually does well.

Chicago D is no joke- #8 in the league. Khalil Mack and Akiem Hicks against a band-aid O-line could be difficult. 7 sacks between them in 5 games.

But the Bears offense is fairly toothless, scoring only 21 per game. And that may be the only thing that matters to a team who only gives up 20 per game.

I can see this being a low-scoring affair with Carolina winning on the leg of Joey Slye 17-14.

I expect Burns to play given he was cleared for contact today with no non contact green jersey. Our greatest weakness is run defense, but they are also bad at running the ball. On the other side of the coin, their pass defense has played well behind physical corners and a great pass rush, but they can be gashed in the run game as their backers are also a weak point. Ultimately this game is decided by turnovers, and I like the matchup odds there when pitting Bridgewater versus Foles and Brady versus whatever the hell Nagy is doing.

Panthers 27-14.

We get off to an early 14-0 lead and they abandon their below average run game, leading to a strip-sack by Haynes, and a pick by Chinn.

Add in 3 FGs by Slye, and it's Panthers, 23-13.

Our 2 TDs come from a bomb to Robby, and a long drive, capped by a dive by Armah.

Our new 4-2 record gains attention, and we jump to a ranking as high as #10.
