Its not Jake's fault.

As Panther fans we've forgotten what great QB play looks like. Watching Plililp Rivers drive the Chargers 80 yards with 2 minutes left for the winning TD was impressive. Made even better in that it was a victory against the little squid Eli Manning who wouldn't sign with the Bolts and ended being traded for Rivers, Sean Meirrman and Nick Kaeding.

If you want to see some great throws, fast forward to the 2min 38sec mark.

Not this time. Jake did a fine job of handing the ball off. Foxball is our problem. You have to at least be able to get to 30 to win these days. This offense is designed to score 17, and occasionally get in the 20s. Sorry, that won't cut it anymore.

Foxball is play good defense, run the ball well, and pass efficiently. Thats been a winning formula in the NFL for a long time. Its how the Steelers won a couple of Superbowls recently.

Can't win consistently in the NFL if you can't pass the ball efficiently. And we can't. We tried to pass earlier in the season, and we looked horrible. Fox has shown in the past that he is willing to pass when we can pass.

The problem is at QB. I agree with Zod. Blame the coach and front office for the QB problems.

There is nothing wrong with the style of play.

We don't just need a QB that only manges the game. We need a star QB like a brady to give a good chance to go back to the SB. But that want happen until Fox and jake is gone.

If it was easy to find or predict who will be a star qb or even football player in general the browns would awesome with all those top five draft picks. The reason Fox doesn't go out and pay big bucks for potential is because it is such a risk. Paying big money for a qb that doesn't pan out can destroy franchises for years.

The Steelers were competitive for Cowher's entire career. When did they win Super Bowls with Cowher and Tomlin?

Yeah Williams fumble and our Pass D were also part of our lose. What sucks is that all Jake has to do is hand the damn ball off and he can't even do that well and cost us a TD. Even when handing the ball off is all he's asked to do, he some how manages to find a way to still be PART OF the reasons why we lost.

I think that Jake did what he could at this point, and even after Williams coughed it up Jake did lead us down the field to the 1 yd line. So even though this is another loss Jake isn't the only goat and we need him next week so lets keep it goin with maybe a few more catches and the same amount of turnovers from Jake 0. Jake hasn't been killing us in that department the last 2 weeks its been everybody else so lets give him a break.

Jake is being Jake.

You don't blame something for being what it is.

Blame the GM and the Coach for not having a plan B at QB.

That is all.

And exactly what did Jake do that cost us the game? I don't remember Jake playing defense today! Did I miss something? I did see Dwill drop a touchdown pass, and then fumble giving NO a td, I did see the defense give up 300 plus yards to Brees.....but yeah, it's all Jake's fault...

Don't troll. I don't ban people for a day, or week. If I ban someone, it's permanent. Not that I'm an ass, I just don't want to waste my time.

So yea, don't be that guy.
