NFL cancelling Pro Bowl for the first time since 1949.

The NFL has canceled the Pro Bowl as it focuses on completing its full regular season and postseason amid the coronavirus pandemic, the league announced Wednesday.

Las Vegas, which had been scheduled to host the game, will instead host the Pro Bowl after the 2021 season.

This will be the first time since the 1949 season that the NFL hasn't held some form of a postseason all-star game.

If I were an agent I’d advise my player to go and have all the fun he wants at the dinners and parties but abstain from any and all physical activities including the game itself.

Is this a cancellation....or an excuse to do the inevitable and get rid of it altogether.  They've tried everything short of paying people to watch the Pro Bowl, and it continues to sink.

For the Pro Bowl?  What I saw was they have been largely dwindling.  I don't think I saw anything for last year's game, but 2019 was the third smallest audience in 12 years.
