You can take it for what it is worth but when he was released the other night.  The last words that were said was, "No one is above the team".  This sounds to me he was making waves in the locker room and considering his production and the money they was spending on him.  He was let go.

Only fools trade away their best (by a long shot) asset, for a lesser asset and handful of lottery tickets, while still carrying the cost of the best asset.

And Bell isn't just a lesser asset, he's a malcontent who has not produced in the last two years. Last season, CMC actually played behind a worse o-line on a team that fired it's coach at roughly the mid point of the season and was the ONLY weapon on that team. CMC produced 2,392 total yards from scrimmage (third most single season in NFL history -- behind two Hall of Famers) while Bell only produced 1,250 total yards on a better team and in easier competition.
