THIS. SOLVES. NOTHING. This is the same stupid, moronic logic that says we can just lockdown our way out of this. This is the first time in human history the world shut down during a pandemic. Look at NYC, locked down for months, got cases practically down to zero, they reopened and weeks later they shut down again.

Bottom line is they locked down for months for nothing because cases still spiked. Cuomo is a dictator but hey, atleast he is making money from the Covid book he wrote. No I’m not joking, he already has a book out about Covid. He’s a sociopathic, narcissistic opportunist

Well your political agenda aside, seeing as this the main forum and not the tinderbox. If they don't shut down and more and more teams start getting cases. They will have to shut down for good. Moving these teams who play one game a week is not anything like any other sport. If they don't shut down and get things righted instead of kicking the can further and further down the road, we will lose the rest of this season. End of story. It doesn't take an idiot to figure that out.

Or here is a thought, do away with Covid protocols all together. I’m dead serious, have the NFL treat it like literally any other illness. Whatever happened to good ole fashion if you don’t feel well, you don’t play? Because if you keep testing you are going to find “cases”, hell, if we tested for other contagious illness like STDs as much as we test for Covid, we would have a chlamydia pandemic on our hands. You can find a pandemic anywhere if you test by the millions like we test for Covid.

a vast majority of these players are asymptomatic and don’t even have a clue they have it until they get “tested” (Cam Newton for example) and if a player actually starts feeling bad, you sit him out that week, just like with Lamar Jackson recently when he got the stomach bug. You don’t need a damn test to tell you if you are sick or not, your body will tell you.

Then when you unknowingly transmit to your grandfather and kill him it’s whatever, right?

“If we don’t test it, it will Magically go away”

let’s do that with cancer and just hope it goes away.

What world do you live on? Because it's clearly not earth.

And that’s too many people having something to really worry about. And we still don’t know long term what this might do to anyone who survives it.

It certainly is too many people having something to worry about.  I wholeheartedly agree.  I, and many others, only wish people were willing to acknowledge covid in a similar manner as they do the many other great number of illnesses and societal woes humanity has to deal with, all of which are similarly damaging and fatal.

Do you let the peppers ferment, or do you just puree and strain them fresh?

no i don't.  i do ferment pickles and kraut but haven't made hot sauce that way.   the habs need to smoke whole for 6-8 hours at around 200-220 until they're black and pretty crispy if you really want the sauce to be smokey.    i'm not sure if there's anything left in them to ferment at that point, but the other ingredients could be fermented.   it also contains carrots, vinegar, a bit of water and most importantly smoked red bell pepper.  1-2 red bell peppers per blender full, skinned after smoking.  this adds more smoke but most importantly red bells have a lot of xantham gum.  you won't taste them but it keeps the sauce from separating.

Absolutely agree on the bell peppers. I've been fermenting peppers for hot sauce for a while now. I think I'll try smoking my next batch before I ferment. Yeast can grow on anything, so crispy peppers will still ferment under the right conditions, esp if they're already mixed into a pepper mash. Will try to remember to let you know how it goes. Thanks for the idea!
