I took a beating because I stated this club was not a pedestrian talent group. I still stand by that and that they are a top 8-15 talent group. They are certainly not bottom 5 as some suggested. However, there is room for improvement in the off season. I love what Douglas has become for us but we still need CB, LB help. I know Chinn is seen as the joker, but we need another mike big time. Everyone gives Chinn lots of love, including me but I don’t want him to lead the team in tackles. That often means someone is not doing their job (LB’s).

Chinn is a linebacker

I'm sure it's nothing and he's getting tested frequently. I always get a cough this time of year, not a bad one but just a frequent tickle in my throat and it sucks so much more this year whenever I'm at work or have to go anywhere and I'm coughing and everyone just stares like I'm some PoS spreading coronavirus everywhere... I always cough into my arm with my mask on too, but still get the looks.

Pro-tip= I lift up my shirt to cough into, better than the arm/elbow move. Visiting oxygen old folks and couldnt run out the door in time. Had to come up with a solution.

Many stores have air at the doors now. Mainly pressure to force outside air form entering. I have one hell of time in the summer working as a sales rep going in and out of buildings 95 hell to 70 A/C, my nose would run hardcore.

Ok I’ll have to go back and check the tape. We play way to many weird defensive formations to know for sure, which is good. Is he the “Sam” on the 3-3, I don’t remember, I though he was playing the joker. He is a LB, and notice I said we need another “Mike”. However I thought we was listed at SS, of course I could be wrong. I haven’t had time for the all 22 this year.

Checking the depth chart it seems you are right, Chinn is the first string Sam, and second string FS. So he moves around a bit.

I have been calling you out, but there is no point in premature celebrating--we are in the easy stretch of the schedule.  If we win 6, we will need some video proof--I am planning on selling "Balm up, Snake" t shirts--proceeds go to charity.   !!! Let's face it, everyone is going to be wrong by the season's end.

I rather be wrong in this situation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I definitely agree that the team needs to improve the MLB position, but I don't believe that Chinn doing well is as much of a ding against other players as much as it is a testament to how impressive he has been. He can step up and it not mean others have stepped back. Especially when he's lining up at SLB, SS, and in the nickel.
