Funny how some posters have come back to sulk in our victory. Like Cam is gone and we don't suck. Get over it nut huggers. We are going to win a Super Bowl with this staff. Their not leaving year one, two or three.

The NFL doesn't care he is 31. 

The NFL cares about results and potential, of which Brady has a lot. (results in what he was paid to do)

Brady like any young hot shot coordinator wants to be a HC. 

Brady could absolutely be gone at the end of the season, esp if he continues to have the offense looking good 

Brady is on pace to have Teddy finish the season as a top 5 QB. 

If he is smart he will make which ever owner offer him a 6-7 year deal like Rhule.

Coordinators are either up and comers or once were could have beens. All that you need to do is look at them and figure out which one of those that they are.

It would need to be a stellar season for him to be gone in a year but it's a matter of when, for sure.

I'm as pessimistic as anyone about losing him, but not after after one year. He never coordinated anything in his life before this year. How would he even put a staff together with so little NFL experience.  If anything he'll get a nice little raise after this year or the next and will probably be with us a minimum of two more years after this.

How would he put a staff together?

Well lets see, he would look at the NFL, NCAA and see who he would like to be his coordinators.

Then he would try to set interviews and hire which ones he liked. 

This isn't rocket science.

Brady's a really smart guy, he's known where his career was headed for a while, do you really think he hasn't been studying and preparing for such a scenario for years now?

He spent 2 years working with the Saints, you don't think he was studying everything Payton did and how he put a staff together?

He knows he's going to be getting HC spots soon, you don't think he's paying attention to what Rhule does and how he runs a program?

He'd also just look back and what McVay did when he built his first staff since he was so young as well, likely follow his lead and hire an older former HC as his DC to help him out along the way

It really is crazy that he would even be considered at this point. Can a guy learn the ropes in the NFL before giving him the reigns? Unless his college experience is mostly HC duties.
