yeah how many 40+ yard plays did cmac have last year? thats what makes him an anomaly. it feels like recency bias that you said davis was looking superior. and again i like davis, hes shifty and strong

I never said Davis is “superior”...that’s crazy talk. CMC was 1st Team All-Pro last year and 2nd team the year before — Davis has never even sniffed such rarified air. 
 

I did say Davis gives the O an edge & toughness that did not exist beforehand, a new dimension if you will. 
 

I believe Davis & CMC will both be better off if each plays a lot of snaps every game, use them interchangeably. Between them they will wear a defense out in no time!

sorry, the other guy said davis was looking "superior" and like you i believe thats crazy talk.

and yeah im excited to have both of them back, when cmc gets a breather the other team gets punched in the mouth

Ummm... Davis is looking superior to about half of the starting RBs in the league right now. But I wouldn't take anyone at RB over CMC. The guy is a future HoF guy. Davis, however, is going to be getting some serious offers at the end of this season, though.

No slam at all on Davis, who has been playing some danged good football and proving himself the find of the free agency season (along with Anderson).

Two very different running backs.

Davis breaks more tackles. McCaffrey hits the hole faster and is way more agile. 

I'd take Davis up middle but I'll take CMC on the edges in space all day long.
