Agreed. Extremely fun football for sure, but the past few weeks feel like outliers. Or maybe the NFL as a whole is down. Competitiveness wise.

I think we're also just used to a certain type of Panthers offense, and this offense is practically the opposite of it.

Gotta beat the bad teams too. We couldnt do that in the past so the fact we are doing that right now is amazing and a testament to the coaching staff.

Exactly. Rivera and Co used to PLAY DOWN to bad teams. We would always let them stay in the game. Hopefully we can finish this one off relatively easy however before we start hailing our performance

The  Falcons are freaking terrible. I’m ready for the Panthers play a really good team so I can make a fair assessment of how good or how average they actually are. Right now I want to get excited, but they still have yet to play really good team. The best team they’ve played so far is Tampa Bay and I don’t know how good they really are either.

This team has kicked our ass the last couple years whether they were good or bad. I dont give a fug what they got going on. Imma enjoy this, this is a hurdle we have to get over.

Also, last week I posted the question in the Falcons game thread if anyone would trade Bridgewater for Ryan straight up. Now I ask again, anyone??

No one is trading for Ryan with that contract. The Falcons are stuck with him and they're way upside down on that contract.

Pretty amazing for a journeyman bridge QB with a noodle arm.

excellent situation and playing against a very bad team that appeared to quit right around the time moore caught a 2 yard pass, cut upfield and walked down the sideline for the touchdown. this kind of attitude is going to get us locked into an even dumber contract at the most important position in the sport.

thanks, didn't know.  fug I hope he is okay.  he is so important to this defense

I'm sure he's okay (well, as anyone can be 'okay' with a concussion).  Just isn't allowed to come back to play.

Hope he gets some good rest.  Don't rush him back next week if it isn't meant to be.
