I think it's primarily because he'll hopefully be able to use his experience as a running back to pave the appropriate lanes for Williams or Stewart.

We just didn't have many options. With Rosario injured, it doesn't leave us with many tight-ends to do the job. You could certainly have pulled an offensive lineman in there, but they might not be able to see the lanes as well as Sutton.

Aside from the size difference, this isn't all that unlike putting Stewart at fullback (which some people were hoping for).

We'll see. Hope the kid plays okay today.

We have 3 TEs and 2 FBs on our roster but today we play with our 4th RB. That is just sad.

It's definitely unfortunate. If he weren't injured, it would be a great time to see what Fiammetta could do.

Sure he might lack ideal size as a blocker but he can be a weapon out of the backfield. Lets face it Hoover is not a great catcher and from what I have read about Sutton he is.

So he is more of a weapon in himself than Hoover is but I doubt he will do much in the blocking but we WILL se King there also.
