Big loss for the Bucs on D

Yeah that's a huge loss, I'd argue he's their best player on defense and a big reason why not only their run D has been great but their pass rush too. He's like what Star was for us but probably even a bit better.

He has definitely been better than star, he was actually becoming one of my favorite players to watch.

Losing Vita Vea on top of losing OJ Howard last week is a brutal blow to the Bucs, although I think Vea is a much more devastating blow considering how key Vea is to their elite run defense.  Makes it a lot easier to double team Suh and/or Barrett.

In fact, if the Panthers had a competent replacement for Tahir Whitehead, you could make the argument that the Panthers have as complete a defense as the Bucs or the Saints at this point, even if they are still flying under the national radar.

I do hope Vea fully recovers, but I don't feel bad for the Bucs this season.  It certainly helps our chances to win our next matchup with them.

This year he has been for sure. His first couple seasons were kind of inconsistent and injury riddled.

Nope, the first three games I just read. I think may have been a lower leg sprain if I’m not mistaken.

Anyways, this is a huge blow for their defense. Like Star, he makes everyone around him better.

that dude is good.  he's gonna be missed.  i mean maybe not by TB12 because he doesn't seem to be remembering many things

Just goes to show how good the NE Pats are at every phase of the game. Brady probably has always been that dumb but they covered it up.
