On the first field goal drive? Yea he definitely had the tight end but the pass rusher got a hold of his left arm right before the throw which caused it to sail. If you’re talking about the second field goal drive to Evans that was high, the safety was coming across to undercut the route and if on mark there’s a good shot it’s a pick.
